Here are the details: Position: Filling and Packaging Technician Apex Job ID: 1060586 Location: Canton, MA Rate: $17-19/Hour Shift: 1st shift (7am-3:30pm), and 2nd shift (3:30pm-11pm) Duration: 6+ month contract Position Description: Under direct supervision, the Filling and Packaging Technician will work on a team performing a variety of routine laboratory and manufacturing operations. Proper setup, operation, and breakdown of various process equipment including: automated fill lines, piston fillers, peristaltic fillers, heat shrink tunnels, tabletop balances, and microbalances in accordance with written work instructions and SOP’s. Handle chemicals and waste in a safe and appropriate manner. Complete batch records and work instructions in accordance with ISO13485 and cGDP requirements. Perform in process inspection to ensure product quality. Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas. Assist in monitoring supplies and inventory. Assist in preparing finished product for shipment to customers. Required Skills: High school diploma/GED required. 2+ years in a cGMP / ISO manufacturing environment (Primarily focused around automated equipment).
