Job Title: Assembly line Pickers and Packers Description: The objective of this position is to assist in the assembly and packaging of a variety of products. Location: Charlotte, NC accessible via bus line - Bus #7 Job Type & Pay: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift available ranging from $13-$15 per hour Qualifications: Ability to pick and pack small parts Ability to follow strict safety, quality, and production standards Ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours at a time Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to be prompt for shifts Responsibilities: Responsible for accurate product quantities, directional placement in retail packaging, and visual quality inspection.
