looking for female small breed dog with small rehoming fee or free

I am looking for a small breed dog like a chihuahua or other small breed dog to be a lap dog for me perferrably young like around 1-2 years old house trained is perferred but not a deal breaker, must be female, great with kids i have a 10 yr old duaghter and almost 2 year old son, and good aroud other dogs as we have a chihuahua which is my daughters pup and have a pit mix as well. Asheville/hendersonville/weaverville/marshall area is where im looking at.
