We provide: What we feel is the greatest opportunity in home improvements All installation materials provided (caulk, coil, screws, insulation, any trim or construction materials necessary) Bi-Weekly pay Flexible Work schedule Contract Work by the piece make $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 a year PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform critical measure to ensure correct ordering of product. • Prepare the job site for set up and tear down. • Capable of framing modifications as needed • Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations. • Adheres to proper safety techniques. • Must provide own employees/helpers QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: • Comfortable working at heights • Have own vehicle capable of transporting entry door systems • Carpentry experience with pictures to prove quality • Working knowledge of hand and power tools. • Must have good customer service skills • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. • Must be licensed, bonded and insured • Must have Lead Safe certification • A minimum of a 2-person work crew. Prefer company who is or is willing to grow into multiple crews capable of installing all size jobs • A proven track record of outstanding workmanship. • A true understanding of how to execute quality customer service. • A self-motivated determined and driven leader. • An understanding of time management • A firm grip of work site management • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check. • Provide references of your past work. • Ownership of your own truck, trailer, and tools • Possess a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate • Provide Certificate insurance with the following requirements: General Liability-Automobile Liability- Worker's Compensation A MUST Job Types: Full-time, Contract Make $100,000.00- $200,000.00 /year
