Ecstatic dance is a harmonious Fusion of many elements popular in the wellness and health community. This is a family-friendly and sober dance party that is heart centered. Bringing us back to the original tribal starting point of all communities and tribes on Earth. Ecstatic Dance is a fusion of culture and wellness activities that leave you feeling revived! Participation can look like meditation, dancing, vocalizing, contact improv, and more. Whatever you are comfortable with is respected and valued. Starting off with a warm-up session of yoga and ending with a sound healing featuring singing bowls, gongs, and bells, a Sacred Space is opened for a truly Transcendent connection to others and your inner self. Locals put a lot of effort into each dance and we put a lot of heart into it as well. This is a beautiful Community where we share interest, skills, and even culture together as one Human Family.
