TO APPLY: We are hiring Returns specialists to support our reverse logistics operations. Returns Specialist are responsible for inspecting, processing and repackaging for shipment all returned items. This position is Monday-Friday, with some weekend work required during periods of high volume. Duties include but are not limited to: · Process return orders accurately using the correct software tools · Inspect products for defects and damages · Follow all company safety regulations · Maintain clean and safe workspaces Requirements: · Ability to be seated for long stretches of time and fine with repetitive processing work · Ability to lift at least 15lbs · Must have a moderate level of computer skills to include emailing clients, navigating returns software packages and Warehouse Management Systems · Previous warehouse experience a plus · Candidates must be 18 years or older · Candidates must have the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes
