Boat trailer repair or replace

Description

I have a 1988 Load Rite boat trailer with severe rust damage. The trailer is holding a 16ft LOA wooden sailboat. I need help getting the boat trailer repaired (welding) or help moving boat (600 lbs) onto another trailer. I am willing to repair or replace trailer and compensate accordingly. Please look at pics and advise on best solution and provide quote if possible. Thank you.
