PLUS tips, bonuses, benefits, two raises per year! • $500 BONUS after four months! • Weekly pay via direct deposit • Earn tips from customers - top performers average $300 - $500 per week! • Medical, 401(k), and paid time off • Earn up to 2 weeks of EXTRA vacation time for perfect attendance! • Hands-on training and career development • Referral bonus program - get hired, refer a friend, and earn $500 • Closed on Sunday Responsibilities: • Provide top-notch customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings • Greet customer upon arrival to the location, make a positive first impression (smile, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises • Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing • As the team leader, driver supervisors are responsible for safely maneuvering a 26' box truck • Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection • Efficient with our tablets and payment collection devices Requirements • Must be 18 or older • Pre-employment background check and drug screen mandatory • Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
