St. Martin's Episcopal Church in Shady Cove, OR will host a Free COVID-19 vaccination clinic Wednesday May 5 from 10AM -- Noon for anyone 16 and older. Pfizer vaccine administered by EMS staff. Registration guarantees vaccination. Walk-ins welcome on space available basis. Spanish and ASL interpreters onsite. Requirements: sign consent form, full name and birthdate, wait 15 minutes after shot. Second Pfizer doses will be offered Wednesday May 26 from 10AM -- Noon at St. Martin's.
