We are seeking a reliable cleaning and closing team member. Hours include 8P-11P (non-negotiable), smartphone with web browser capabilities required. daily tasks include but are not limited to: -text communication, email, and database entry -removing all laundry detergent. -polishing all stainless steel. -vacuuming dryer lint traps. -bathrooms clean up. -empty trash. -shop vac tile floors. -mop. This position works independently with weekly check-ins. Must pass a background check and drug test.
