ServSafe Food Manager Course and Exam
This is a 2-day course with exam to become a certified Food Manager. Food Managers are required to be on location during operating hours in New Mexico restaurants. This course is instructed by Michelle Perry with Learn New Mexico, LLC, who formerly taught this course with NMSU-A.
