We have 4 stores in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, 2 full construction teams, a large team of service technicians, and a large administrative staff. We love selling products like pools, hot tubs, BBQs, saunas, etc that allow our customers to take a vacation in their own backyard! We are currently seeking full-time Construction Team Members. No prior training or experience needed; we will train you! You will assist on one of our two Construction crews with building swimming pools & spas. This position does require you to be on our corporate drivers insurance and maintain a clean driving record. Required Skills 20+ Years Old Have a positive attitude!!! Be hardworking Be reliable & trustworthy Be able to lift 75 -100lbs. Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Be able to work a physically demanding position in nature that requires squatting, kneeling, reaching, and using tools. Be able to work outdoors for 10-12/hrs per day regardless of weather. Be professional is appearance & attitude Starts at $14 -18 per hour with room for advancement as you learn. Monday through Friday with the occasional Saturday, 50+ scheduled hours per week.
