Ptown townie needs help putting in a mooring

After decades of being in town and dreaming of sailing, I'm finally getting my first boat and putting in a 1000# block type mooring in the west end. Legit, will be permitted with the town. Trying to lower my costs from a commercial install and thought a local fisherperson with a boat and winch might be able to help and make some $. If you have experience and/or equipment/ and or a mooring block of the right size to sell please give me a shout.
