Adara Communities is looking for an experienced Apartment Make Ready Tech to "turn" recently vacated apartments homes into apartment homes ready for occupancy and a hard working and dedicated Porter for our Cinnamon Ridge property in Pasadena, TX. Make Ready Tech Job Requirements: *Ensure that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "market ready” status in a timely manner *Change bulbs, replace bad lights, plugs, switches, etc. *Check locks and keys, re-key if necessary. Check weather stripping, replace/repair if necessary. *Assist in the safe and proper transportation and set-up of appliances, furniture, building materials/supplies and equipment *Performs all repairs exterior/ interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair related to interior walls and *doors (i.e., patch sheet rock, tape and float, shoot acoustics, apply texture, sand re-varnish doors) *Minimum 1 year Apartment Make Ready/Punch Tech experience REQUIRED, including minor electrical, plumbing and construction/carpentry experience *Must have some tools and reliable transportation *Must be able to lift a minimum or 40-50 lbs. *Stable work history is a plus *Apartment Experience is a strong plus Porter Job Requirements: Job Requirement: *Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the property including curb appeal and upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings *Trash pick-up: grounds, garages and common areas *Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready *Power wash sidewalks, entry areas, common areas, pool deck, breezeways, etc. *Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Property Manager/Lead Maintenance Supervisor that will enhance the visual presentation of the property *Stable work history is a plus *Apartment Experience is a plus *Must have reliable transportation We offer full-time, career-track positions with competitive pay, medical, dental and life insurance; rental housing discounts; vacation, sick time and paid holidays. **Please apply ONLY if you live or can relocate WITHIN 30 MINUTES of this specific property location** Submit your resume online or in person to: Adara Communities - Cinnamon Ridge 6565 Spencer Highway Pasadena, TX 77505 (281) 971-9481 We look forward to you joining our FANTASTIC team!!
