Stray Fluffy Cat

There is this fluffy orange cat that showed up in our apartments. I am not sure of the gender. He/she ran up to me meowing and is the sweetest thing. I am almost sure someone dumped him/her. Text me for a video of it. It has long hair and is the sweetest thing. I have dogs in the house so I cant bring it in. Please help me find him/her an owner. I have videos that show it in better detail. The videos show how cuddly it is!
