We have installed $1 billion in gutter protection in 2020 and projected to install over $1.5 billion in 2021! We are looking to expand our team! See below if you are a fit for the Service Installer position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Visit customer homes to provide service to gutter protection system (average 5-7 service calls per day) • Perform necessary services to gutter protection system based on logged service ticket and onsite inspection • Services may include pitch correction, caulking, basic soffit and fascia repairs, and reinstall sections of gutter protection system • Log services performed in service ticket system accurately and timely • Proactively engage with customers to provide an outstanding customer service experience • Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures Minimum Skills and Competencies: • Reliable truck, van or SUV that can carry ladders • Multi-height and adjustable ladders • Functioning tools to include drills, speed square, saw or grinder, etc. • General Liability Insurance & Workers Compensation (or willingness to get) • Excellent time management and communication skills • Strong customer service focus and ability to interact with customers • Experience in basic remodeling, construction, or another related field o Specifically prior experience in gutter and/or gutter protection system installation, repair, or inspection is a plus • Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel What do we offer? • Industry leading pay / Weekly Pay • Endless opportunity for growth and advancement The best way to learn more about this opportunity is to sign up for a 10 minute informational call with me using my Calendly link below.
