In search of the perfect date night or girls night out? Join us for a night of Chocolate & Wine Tasting! Have you ever wanted to learn the right words to describe your experience when tasting chocolate? Are you interested in sampling several different chocolates to compare characteristics and flavors? Do you love the taste of chocolate and wine? Are you a just chocolate fanatic!?!? Then this workshop is for you! Learn how to taste different cocoa profiles and match them up with the perfect wine. We will walk you through white chocolates all the way to 80% cocoa varieties. We will sample chocolates from local chocolatiers and varieties from far away places. We will sample truffles, bars, nibs, mousses & more. Then we will end the evening by making our own mini dessert. It will be a chocolate journey you won't want to miss!
