Hamilton Roofing is hiring crew members to tear off and install roofs on residential homes. Our goal is to find the best roofers in the area, pay them more than any other company, create a great work environment and become THE roofing company that homeowners choose when they want a job done right. We pay piece work per job based on the difficulty of the work. If you can consistently put on or tear off 8 SQs per day you could be making $1200 + week. Our goal is to create the smoothest running roofing company possible and eliminate the mistakes, hassles, and holdups that are so frustrating. We do this by permanently solving the problems we face with systems that make our lives easier. Our crews work as a team, so there's no fighting over gravy or who did which squares. When the crew works together efficiently and jobs get done quickly everybody wins. Our goal is to build a team of high performers that are the most efficient, hardest working.
