Hiring a Driver/Labor Partner

I'm an experienced landscaper/laborer seeking a skilled labor partner/driver with a pickup truck or box truck (no S.U.V. or car) who can drive me to labor jobs I get on Craigslist and work with me at those jobs. Jobs will also come from in a few weeks a website I'm in the process of setting up. Applicant must have skills and facility in all facets of Landscaping, ie. Mowing, Weed Removal, Brush Clearing, Trench/Hole/Ditch Digging, Stone Moving ETC. Skilled Labor: Complete Moves from One Location to the Next, Flooring, Roofing, H.V.A.C., Plumbing, Drywall, Demolition, Framing, Clean-outs, Masonry, Responses with little or no skill will also be answered. WE'LL work at easier landscaping and labor jobs at the Same rate. Applicant Must be polite and have a good driving record and no criminal record, and have most or all of the week free to work - Mon-Fri and Weekends. I need a partners who can work within a days notice. I have alot of jobs at this point and need responses as soon as possible. You must provide 3 personal or business references so I can check on your work ethic and character. Applicant should have tools and equipment ie. a mower, string trimmer, leaf blower, shovel, pickaxe, etc. and tools for skilled labor such as hammer, saws, level, tape measure, nail gun. I have landscaping equipment including mower, leaf blower, and string trimmer. Pay is 50% of total pay on each job. We charge $30/hr (17/hr per man) or charge by the job.
