We have immediate openings for qualified Apartment Maintenance Technicians. Job Duties Include: -Scheduling, performing and monitoring preventative maintenance and apartment turnovers -Diagnosing and correcting problems in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structure, and appliances. -Providing a quality living experience for all residents by using excellent customer service skills. -Performing emergency maintenance work on a rotating on-call basis. Qualified Candidates Must Have: -High school diploma or equivalent -Valid Driver's license and automobile insurance -Minimum of 1 year previous experience in property management maintenance, or a related trade -HVAC certification & experience -Ability to read, write and understand the English language -Comprehension of basic mathematical functions -Ability to work on a consistent basis which may include: weekends, non-traditional holidays, and overtime, if needed.
