GreenSlate Management specializes in the management of multi-family and commercial real estate properties in the Blackstone District, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Omaha, NE. Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join the GreenSlate team. Our Maintenance Technicians engage in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and units and maintaining the grounds by performing the essential duties of the position as discussed below.
