Practice the Physical Agility Test and Talk to a Recruiter Come work out with the Woodland Police Department. Learn what the physical agility test (PAT) looks like, practice the PAT, and be a part of additional physical training workouts. Attendees should wear appropriate workout attire that consists of a light colored t-shirt (no logos) with their last name nicely written (using a black sharpie) in block letters on the back of the t-shirt and dark colored sweatpants or shorts (shorts shall be an appropriate length).
