La Salle College Preparatory's Department of Performing Arts & Media present the Spring Instrumental Music Concert 5/14 La Salle College Preparatory's Department of Performing Arts & Media is pleased to present the spring Instrumental Music Concert on May 14th. This concert is free but reservations will are required as we work to adhere to all Covid 19 protocols as mandated by the LA County Board of Health. • Length: The concert is about an hour long. There will not be an intermission. • Where: The concerts will take place in the courtyard at Porticos Art Space, on the campus of St. James United Methodist Church in Pasadena. Address: 2033 E.Washington Blvd., Pasadena 91104. RESERVATIONS and AUDIENCE SEATING Seating is by reservation only. No tickets will be available at the door. • There are limited numbers that can be accommodated due to adherence to COVID guidelines, which will make it impossible to have walk-in attendance. •Mask wearing and temperature checks will be necessary as well as confirmation of the COVID health form prior to seating. • If you want/need to bring a lawn chair, or need special seating to accommodate wheelchair or chair, please indicate this on your reservation. • Seating will be adjusted to ensure to proper distancing between assigned spaces. • Audience seating for the concerts will be picnic-style. You should bring your own blanket to sit on, any snacks or drinks (non-alcholic), and be prepared to take out (trash-wise) what you’ve brought in. Bottled water will be available, but there will not be any concessions for purchase. • There is no intermission. This is designed to keep the need for lines to the restrooms to a minimum, as no more than 2 people at a time can enter either the Women’s or Men’s restrooms. • Parking will be in the main lot of the Church, and the entrance will be at the front of the Church, facing Washington Blvd. Ensembles featured La Salle Advanced Band La Salle Strings La Salle Jazz BAnd
