Join us at the White Chapel Projects on Mother's Day to decorate a set of beautiful cookies with SweetDaniB Join us in decorating these beauties of Spring... Ladybugs, Butterflies & Flowers. What a wonderful way to spend time with Mom, or surprise her with this beautiful set right after class! In this cookie class we will decorate: 2 butterflies (2 species) 2 ladybugs 2 flowers (2 varities) As in all of our cookie workshops, Dani provides a step by step "how to ice" demonstration of each cookie, then each participant decorates their own version. At the end of class Dani will demo how to set up the perfect cookie plate so you can plate these up beautifully when you get home! Cookies, icing, decorating candy and all supplies included. Participants take home a box of cookies they decorated. One cookie decorating kit per person. Only ticket holders will be seated at our icing tables. All seating will be socially distant. Due to social distancing restrictions, parents who would like to attend with their kiddos can either order a kit and ice cookies with them or reserve a table in the restaurant. We can not allow people to stand around the tables. Masks are required to be worn during the demo gathering and while walking around in the restaurant. White Chapel Projects opens for dining at 11:30 am so feel free to grab brunch before or a bite after class. You can also grab cocktails and beverages at the bar to enjoy during class. Cookie class will begin promptly at 2:00 and will run until about 3:30/ 4:00. All cookie supplies included. Registration for this event will close May 5th. 20 spaces available. Cookie class will be approx 1.5 hours long but you are welcome to hang out at WCP before and after. Food and beverage at White Chapel Project NOT included in ticket price. Kindly and generously tip your servers. COOKIE WORKSHOP FAQ: Ticketholders at Icing Tables Only: Due to room capacity and social distancing constraints we are only able to accomodate cookie icers at our icing and demo tables and in the party room. Timing: Please arrive any time between 1:45 and 2:00. The workshop will last for approx 1.5 hours depending on class speed of icing each cookie. Food & Beverage: No outside food allowed. White Chapel Projects will be open serving delicious cocktails, beverages, food and dessert. Please eat before or after the workshop. Beverages welcome during. Cookie Allergy Disclaimer: Sweet Dani B cookies are preservative free and are baked with the freshest ingredients... butter, eggs, sugar, flour, and a few secret ingredients that make them extra yummy. Our recipe does not include nuts but our cookies and icing is made in a kitchen where nuts are present. In the workshop we will be using various candies to decorate our cookies as well as royal icing which is made with sugar and meringue powder. Photo Release: We take lots of photos in our workshops. Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed. Parking: Free parking for WCP in back parking lot which is the municipal lot, entrance to the side of our building. Refunds: Due to limited seating and the individual prep work required for each cookie icer in attendance, our cookie workshops are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are more than welcome to transfer your seat to someone else. In some cases, we can pack up your cookies to go for you to DIY at home as an alternate option to transferring your seat, but we are otherwise not be able to offer refunds. Let us know if you are unable to attend a workshop you have registered for and we can discuss options. Snow day rescheduling or refunds will be announced as needed.
