Description
BROCKTON, MA - Michael R. Moura was arrested by police at the Brockton mall for the possession of illegally obtained firearms. Moura cannot legally own a firearm after he pleaded guilty to 34 counts of violating a harassment prevention order.
Police caught Michael after meeting with him many times as undercover officers, and were even asked for help to obtain a firearm illegally by Moura.
