Lead guitar needed for regularly gigging country band

We are a modern/some classic country band looking for a new lead guitarist. This is a VERY established band in the Tucson and surrounding areas. Artists include: Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Billy Currington, Blake Shelton, Chris Young, Dierks Bentley, Toby Keith, Jon Pardi, Clay Walker, Zac Brown Band, Gary Allan to also George Strait, Johnny Lee, Hank Williams Jr., Waylon Jennings, and so on. We are a professionally minded group that wants to have fun doing what we are doing. It takes more than being a great musician though, personalities MUST "gel". We average 30 shows per year(although we did nearly 100 shows in 2019). We were in the process of trimming back the number of shows when this whole Covid thing hit.
