Retro Styled Country Band playing songs from 1910-1960 seeking an upright bass player. We are all young 27-37 and seeking a professional musician to start playing as gigs come around. Looking to play a lot of shows. Covering songs by Hank Williams The Carter Family Bob Wills Chet Atkins Doc Watson Ernest Tubb We are all relaxed musicians who play a ton of different styles in other groups (folk, Americana, jazz, funk, soul etc) but wanted to start a serious gigging group dedicated to the love of traditional Grand Ole Opry era country western music.
