SEATTLE — Two unrelated shootings across Seattle left three people in the hospital late Thursday, according to police. Investigators said the officers first arrived in Lake City, on the 12500 block of 27th Avenue Northeast, around 8 p.m. following reports that a man was shot. Officers found a 28-year-old man inside an RV with a gunshot wound to his stomach. Seattle Fire Department medics treated him and took him to the hospital in stable condition. According to police, witnesses reported the shooter had walked up to the victim's RV and fired one shot through the door. About 15 minutes after the police response, investigators said another hospital reported a second shooting victim had driven themselves to the emergency room. Detectives believe the two incidents were related but said the second victim did not prove details about how or where he was shot. Just before 10 p.m., police said several 911 calls reported gunshots in the Central District, in a restaurant parking lot near 23rd Avenue and East Jefferson Street. At that scene, police found a 52-year-old man who was shot in the stomach. Police said witnesses described multiple suspects driving up and firing several shots at the victim, then speeding away. Seattle Fire medics rushed the man to Harborview Medical Center in stable condition.
