I am in need of some help working on and cleaning out rental properties. I am looking for someone who is capable of general carpentry, drywall work, basic electrical, basic plumbing, etc. I am also looking for someone capable of cleaning up a property after a tenant has moved out as well as painting. These can be the same person or different people. Not expecting a handyman to clean or a painter to build a wall. Unless thats what you.
