East bay based plumbing contractor is hiring plumbing technicians for highest wages in the Bay Area. DUTIES: -Diagnosing and repairing/installing faucets, water heaters, garbage disposals, toilets, and shower heads -Checking PSI and diagnosing the cause of the high or low pressure. Make the recommended changes. -Replacing cartridges and valves and stems and o-rings -Running proper vents for water heaters -Cleaning and soldering pipes neatly -Cleaning all sediments from all fixtures when the water softener leaks material into the water lines. -Estimating rough in plumbing and knows how to locate cartridges and models & price accordingly -Making clear cuts in the drywall for leak investigations -Keeping work area clean and organized at all times -Cover driving area of East Bay MUST HAVES: -Must have 5+ years experience as a Plumbing Technician doing sales, repair and maintenance of plumbing systems.
