Interior door panel repair [ 1990 gmc ]

Hey everyone, I have a 1990 gmc with a non functional door i need fixed. Originally the door kind of opened from the inside but now the handle is useless, it also used to open from the outside but that ability has been lost as well. The power lock and window control panel works fine except for the driver side The project: im hoping someone can repair this door so it is functional from inside and out. And also get the window and power lock working. ( i can compromise on the electronics not working ).
