With 40 years in business, Griffin Motorwerke is the premiere high-end automotive performance and maintenance shop in Berkeley, CA, servicing customers from all over the SF Bay Area. At Griffin, we specialize in European and performance cars, but strive to be well versed in all makes and models, with an emphasis on continued learning. Using OEM and aftermarket parts, performing all manner of services, from scheduled maintenance, to custom car builds, and everything in between. We’re looking to add a Shop Helper to our family, someone who takes pride in providing a safe, clean and organized workplace by maintaining all workspaces and areas, keeping them clear of debris and fluids. Duties also include performing general custodial upkeep of the facility, including bathrooms, customer areas, and the maintenance bays. Qualifications: • Willingness to work in a small shop environment performing general shop clean up duties and tasks as prescribed. • Mechanically inclined • Punctual and ready to work • Have a professional appearance (shop uniform will be provided) • Be safety minded, careful and watchful of others, and equipment Job Requirements: • Authorized to work in the US • Must possess a valid CA drivers license with a clean record • English and second language proficiency encouraged • Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays and overtime. • High School diploma or equivalent Benefits: • Competitive compensation • Health insurance benefits • Great team-oriented work environment
