Rehoming red min pin mix

Hello, I am looking to rehome my 2yr old min pin mix. She is super active / hyper so she needs a home that will fulfill her needs. At least one hike a day or a 1hour walk will be best for her and you in the long run. I want her to go to someone who is truly committed to her. She’s an absolute sweet heart but isn’t the perfect dog. She can be a little leash aggressive/a puller and has been having some potty issues(mainly pooping in her crate overnight or during the day while I am at work) it would be ideal for her new owners to work from home or not be away for more than 5hrs a day. Having a yard would be best too even if it’s tiny(ours is about 300sqft).She definitely needs a crate as she can get a little destructive if she gets ahold of things. She’s a big chewer, I always provide her with appropriate chews and or toys. So please keep that in mind. If she can get ahold of something she will. She does pretty great off leash as well unless she see a critter but she is really treat motivated. I’ve only done positive reinforcement with her. She is also cat friendly and loves them! She would really benefit from having another dog at home. But should be just fine if she ends up being the only dog. She just got spayed and microchipped but will need her yearly shots in May(3yr rabies, Bordetella etc) I am asking for a rehoming fee of $300 but willing to negotiate. She will come with her collar, leash, small bag of current dog food, and toys! Please let me know if you think this will be a good fit or if you have any other questions. Overall I just want to find her a more suitable home. And it would be great to occasionally get updates on how she is doing. Thank you!
