I called ReadyRefresh today and just heard from Ready Refresh Quality Control Representative: Nicholas,
,that company has closed my complaint without sending me a report on the foreign matter found in the 2.5 gallon of Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water I’ve received by subscription. Complaint # 08879690 placed on 9/3/20.
History of my Complaint:
It's been many months since I provided Nestle Waters with water samples collected and data of my complaint regarding foreign matter found in my subscription to Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water. To date they have not provided me info regarding the status of my complaint and Quality Control findings as to the nature of the foreign matter contained in the Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water I’ve received by subscription.When I tried calling Ms. Quinn, Quality Control Manager(?) she immediately disconnected me. I emailed her and then emailed me back she will call back or email me. She never did. Below are the names of the Quality Control people who I have contact with.
