BOWIE, MD — Police said somebody fired shots in Bowie on Thursday. Officers noted that they secured the scene near Whitehall Drive around 1:35 p.m. The Bowie Police Department added they took an unidentified suspect into custody. Detectives explained that they are still investigating. On Thursday, April 29, at ~1:35 PM, Bowie PD responded to a call for shots fired in the area of Whitehall Dr. Officers arrived at the scene & a suspect was taken into custody. No injuries.
