Fulcrum Coffee is looking for a dependable warehouse & Production Assistant to join our amazing coffee loving team! We are a customer-oriented company, and we go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality service and coffee we can provide. This person will assist in ensuring that our customers have their orders packaged and pulled accurately, efficiently, and in an organized manner so orders can be delivered effortlessly and without error. The ideal person will have a positive attitude, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to stand and work for long periods of time. This is a very fast-paced environment. We will train the right person. Responsibilities: • Pull and arrange orders in an organized manner • Weigh, label, and package per company, customer, and regulatory specifications • Help drivers load/unload delivery vehicles • Receive, check, and put away deliveries from vendors • Maintain compliance with company safety, quality and SOP policies and procedures • Operate forklift (will provide training & certification) • Fill in for delivery drivers when needed Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and good driving history • Able to operate company delivery vehicles • High School Degree • Physical ability to lift 50-75 pounds independently, and team lift heavier objects on occasion • Fluent in the English language, both verbal and written • Must have good time management skills • Good organizational skills • Good manual dexterity • Simple arithmetic and computer skills
