We'll be learning a variety of methods for building a fire from special guest Patrick Carrick, a Veteran Marine & avid outdoorsman.
Everyone in The Retreat family loves the outdoors, but are you an expert?
Retreat Pathfinders is hosting the first of this year's kid- & family-oriented workshops at The Retreat.
In this workshop, we'll be learning a variety of methods for building a fire from special guest Patrick Carrick, a Veteran Marine & avid outdoorsman. Patrick will be teaching us hands-on tips, tricks, and best practices for safe fire building and cooking s'mores!
After the class, feel free to join us for lunch at the community pavilion where we'll provide hot dogs, snacks, drinks, and more. (If you have any dietary restrictions, please notify us beforehand so we can best accommodate)
Tickets are $10 per person to cover lunch, expenses, and our special guest. You can pay now through Facebook (with their processing fees), or pay with cash or card at the event, but RSVPs are requested to ensure there is enough food for everyone.
