WE WILL TRAIN YOU, • Basic painting, drywall, electric, and general property maintenance. o Interior and exterior of communities and common areas • Basic understanding of property cleanliness by removing any liter and other debris from property grounds. • Pressure washing, overall curb appeal per company standards. • Performs physical tasks including digging, tearing down, and installing when needed. • Assists with "make-ready" duties when requested by the maintenance supervisor. • Completes minor and routine service requests when requested by manager and/or senior maintenance technician. • Follow procedures when service requests are performed. • Changes locks, makes keys when directed. • Distributes notices to guests doors as requested by management. Qualifications: Include but are not limited to- • High School Diploma or equivalent. • General knowledge of landscaping. Specific Job Requirements: • Work Hours: 40 hours a week, eligible for overtime. • Physical requirements: Walking/sitting, bending/squatting, finger dexterity, use of stairs, reaching, and lifting small weight limits, kneeling, and other physically demanding tasks.
