Need help hanging pics

Need help hanging some shelfs and also putting a new bike seat on. I am not strong enough to loosen the bolt that secures the seat to the bike, I am attaching a pic of the tool that is designed to loosen it, which I can't seem to use. I also have 3 shelfs that I need mounted onto the wall. And finally one wall mounted hanging file that needs to be mounted to a wall. I need someone who has the tools to all everything mentioned as well as the necessary pieces to be able to secure the shelves and the hanging file onto the wall. All together it can't be more than an hours time and I need it done on Saturday morning if possible.
