Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 04/30/2021 4:23 AM 2021-1124, Warrant Service: On 04-29-21 at 11:42 a.m., deputies arrived at the 100 block of Circle Drive West in Oswego Township to serve an arrest warrant. James Fecarotta, a 57-year-old male from the 100 block of Circle Drive West in Oswego Township, was taken into custody for a Kendall County arrest warrant for aggravated battery. Fecarotta was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2021-1128, DWLS: On 4-29-21 at 1:31 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Wiesbrook Drive and Fifth Street in Oswego. Dee O. Rosado Marrero, a 27-year-old male from the 1000 block of Bangs Street in Aurora, was cited for driving while license suspended and released on a recognizance bond. 2021-1128, DWLS: 2021-1131, Criminal Damage to Property: On 04-29-21 at 3:18 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Gatsville Road in Oswego Township for a report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-1135, Aggravated Domestic Battery: On 4-29-21 at 6:37 p.m., deputies responded to the 2200 block of Light Road in Oswego Township for a report of domestic battery. After investigation, Isaiah Williams, a 29-year-old male of the 2200 block of Light Road in Oswego Township, was charged with aggravated domestic battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, and threatening a public official. Williams was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2021-1136, Domestic Battery: On 04/29/21 at 6:28 p.m., deputies responded to the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road in Bristol Township for a report of a domestic battery. The incident is under investigation. 2021-1139, Leaving Scene of a Traffic Crash: On 04/30/21 at 12:05 a.m., deputies responded to the 11,000 block of Crimmin Road in Fox Township, for a report of a rollover traffic crash. The driver, Donald Lorenzini, a 32-year-old male from the 600 block of Johnson Court in Newark, had left the scene. Donald was located, cited for leaving the scene of a traffic crash, and released with a personal recognizance.
