Rototill and new sod landscaping job available

The grass has died in my side yard and I want to add new sod. Work scope would be to remove all dead grass/ weeds, rototill the dirt, lay down fresh compost/nutrient, lay new fresh sod to fit the existing edging design and haul any dead grass/dirt.
