Position Summary: As the Finishing Team Lead you will support the department by managing the flow of work. You will assist your Team Members by completing preparation tasks, replenishing materials, while working alongside your team. This position requires proactiveness, a high attention to detail, and dexterity. Must maintain a clean, safe work environment. Complete focus is required in order to meet or exceed the set quotas. Responsibilities and Duties: Must be able to read, write and comprehend verbal and written work instructions Basic math skills required, need to be able to measure accurately Experience in Paint or Powder coat production Repair damaged signs Track/Record Production Clean clogged or damaged paint guns, replacing parts if needed Replace paint booth filters and nail beds in a timely manner Wear the correct PPE required by our safety standards depending on the task being performed Must be able to meet or exceed set quotas and deadlines Must be able to stay focused and pay close attention to details Requirements and Qualifications: 6 months or more of Team Leader experience High school diploma/GED preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long hours at a time, bend and squat Forklift experience a plus Must have reliable transportation No Sales.
