Job Description As the Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for the shipping and delivery of products, as well ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the materials in the inventory system while maintaining an organized warehouse and ensuring every department meets all safety requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Collecting merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials to the shipping bay • Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return • Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse • Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor • Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping • Managing all merchandise with appropriate care • Assisting with training of newly employed workers • Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination • Prior experience working in a warehouse • Knowledge of operating a forklift • Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 80 pounds • Ability to work independently and safely Qualification and Experience Requirements • Inventory Control Experience (Cycle Counting, RMA/Returns Processing, etc.) • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) • eCommerce Shipping Experience a plus • Experience with ShipStation a plus Skills: • Forklift experience • Detail Oriented • Packaging • Customer service • Data entry • Pallet jack experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time • Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, 80 pounds occasionally Education: • High School degree or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 per hour
