Townhome Community in Boulder is seeking a part-time, weekend Maintenance Tech (some weekday hours also available) **If interested, please include in your response** 1. Resume and references Job Summary: Reliable maintenance technician to perform maintenance, cleaning, repair and painting to building exteriors, grounds and HOA facility maintenance including pool. This position works under limited supervision, is responsible for a variety of activities and reports to the HOA Manager. Hours: 2+ days/week Weekends with weekday hours also available Requirements: Experience as a maintenance tech, handyman or similar Experience with exterior building, fence and drywall repairs and painting Irrigation or pool maintenance experience a plus, will train the right person Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and creative problem-solving skills Detail oriented, organized and self-motivated Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to safely use tall ladders and work on roof tops Must be legally employable in the state of Colorado Must understand and speak English
