MARTINEZ, CA — Pacific Gas and Electric Company provided details about a widespread outage last week that left some Martinez customers without power for more than five hours. The outage started around 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, when a car struck a power pole in the 5100 block of Alhambra Valley Road, PG&E Spokesperson Tamar Sarkissian said.
