Description
DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — A downed tree has closed a portion of Lower State Road in Doylestown Township.
The roadway is closed between Route 202 and Almshouse Road.
Forecasters had previously warned that high winds could cause downed trees and power outages Friday.
A High Wind Warning has been issued and remains in place through 4 a.m. Saturday.
"Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles," the National Weather Service's High Wind Warning reads.
