Kyle C. Hart was last seen at Community Mental Health on Jolly Road. Mr. Hart had left residential drug treatment facility against advice. He has been suffering from a mental health crisis. A local police report has been filed. Mr. Hart will likely be wearing a dark hoodie, hat, jogger style pants, & black Vans with brown gum. He will also likely be carrying a back pack. He is 5'7, 145 lbs, with blue eyes. He has hand tattoos of a tooth & nail, with finger tattoos which read, "Lone Poet" and "Stay Dead." He also has a throat tattoos with a cat. Please email if he is located, and/or call local police. A mental health petition is in the process of being filed beyond the missing persons.
