WORCESTER, MA — Worcester will begin May with another walk-in coronavirus clinic under the state's equity program, the fourth such clinic so far this week.
The clinics are only open to Worcester residents who meet certain criteria including: people of color; people who do not speak English as a first language; homeless residents; people who do not have access to transportation to get to other vaccine sites; residents who do not feel comfortable receiving a vaccine at a medical facility; individuals with disabilities; and people who have a mental illness or struggle with substance use disorder.
Saturday's equity clinic will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the YMCA of Central Massachusetts, 766 Main St., Worcester.
