I need to rent someone's car for my driving test on May 5th at 2:00. I'll need to be picked up from my apartment at around 1:40 to get to the driving station on time at 2339 Euclid, but I won't need a ride home. Your vehicle has to pass inspection. For inspection the car must meet these requirements: Two license plates permanently affixed to the front and back of the vehicle. Single out-of-state or temporary plates will be accepted. Auto dealership plates are not allowed. A properly functioning horn Turn signals on the front and back of the vehicle Unexpired vehicle registration Unexpired insurance At least one rearview mirror inside or outside of the vehicle Driver and front passenger door must open normally Functioning seatbelts Brake lights Windshield wipers, headlights, and taillights, depending on weather conditions and time of day The car must also be clean I'll pay right after the car passes inspection - before I start the driving test.
