Looking for someone who has ample experience in repairing inground swimming pool heaters. I have a Citadel V heater installed by Anthony Pools in 1997. The heater has not been used since 2015. When last used it operated well. I need someone to inspect the heater and determine if it can be repaired. Candidate must be seasoned pool specialist with references.
